Tim Winstead, Au.D.

Director
Dr. Tim Winstead, owner of Hearing Doctors of Georgia received his Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Winstead’s areas of special interest include hearing aid technology and tinnitus retraining therapy.

Married with two daughters, Dr. Winstead enjoys spending time with his family and playing on several recreational and church league sports teams. With 4 locations covering south Metro Atlanta, Hearing Doctors of Georgia provides full service hearing, balance and tinnitus services for all ages.

Jennifer Tinkey, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Jennifer Tinkey completed her undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Florida. Dr. Tinkey began working with Hearing Doctors of GA in 2015. Dr. Tinkey’s areas of special interest include hearing aid technology and pediatrics.

Alexea Mullis, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Alexea Mullis is a dedicated audiologist with a passion for helping individuals with hearing loss. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Science Disorders from the University of South Florida and went on to complete her Doctor of Audiology degree from Auburn University.

Following her doctoral studies, Dr. Mullis completed a residency in Atlanta, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience working with veterans. Her background in working with seniors in assisted living facilities, coupled with her family history of military service, has fostered a deep understanding of the unique needs of this population. Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Mullis enjoys traveling to visit family, spending time with friends, and relaxing with her beloved cat, Alby.

Solomiya Wright, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Solomiya Wright is a Hearing Instrument Specialist in our Newnan, GA Hearing Doctors of Georgia office. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Hearing Science from Kean University in New Jersey in 2009, and obtained her Hearing Aid Dispensing License in Georgia in 2017.

Before joining Hearing Doctors of Georgia, Solomiya practiced as a hearing aid specialist in various clinic settings. She first started working with hearing aids in 2014 as an audiology assistant for a private practice in the Atlanta area. Shortly thereafter, she decided to further her education to achieve her passion to help as many customers as she could to improve their quality of life through better hearing.
Her experience, expertise and exceptional client care make Solomiya the perfect fit for the Hearing Doctors of Georgia team. Originally from Ukraine, she now lives in Newnan with her family and enjoys cooking, spending time with her two daughters and husband, camping, and going to the beach.
